EGB – Extended terms and conditions of the House of Ayurveda – Cornelia Imseng for cures

Extended Terms and Conditions (EGB) – House of Ayurveda Cornelia Imseng for the area “Cures”

1. booking and conclusion of contract

By booking an Ayurveda treatment at the House of Ayurveda, a binding contract is concluded between the customer and the House of Ayurveda – owner Cornelia Imseng, Oberwil (CH). The booking can be made in writing, by e-mail or via the online booking system on the website. After receipt of the booking confirmation, the treatment is bindingly booked.

2. terms of payment

Payment for the booked cure must be made in accordance with the payment terms set out in the booking confirmation. As a rule, a deposit of 50% of the expected total amount is due for immediate payment; the remaining amount must be received no later than 30 days before the start of the cure (receipt of payment in Ms. Cornelia Imseng’s bank account is decisive for timely payment).

3 Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellation of the booked cure by the customer is possible at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing – at least by e-mail.

In the event of cancellation, there will be no monetary refund of the deposit already paid, but rather payments made will be issued exclusively in the form of a voucher for the services of the “House of Ayurveda – Cornelia Imseng” by the owner. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue and can be credited towards another treatment or other services at the customer’s request.

A transfer of a voucher to a third person is possible if the House of Ayurveda is notified of the transfer in writing in advance.

If a treatment is postponed, the prices valid on the new date will apply. Any differences must be paid before services are used or will be offset.

4. premature termination

If a cure is terminated prematurely by the customer, there is no entitlement to (partial) reimbursement. Unused services will not be refunded or converted into a voucher.

5. rebooking in the event of illness or force majeure

In the event of illness, accident or other serious reasons, a rebooking to another date can be made free of charge after individual examination, provided that a medical certificate or other proof is provided.

6 Validity and redemption of a voucher

Each voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue and can be used for all House of Ayurveda services.

After the expiry date, vouchers expire without replacement.
